Every used bike on this page came in as a trade-in. Before it goes back on the floor, the same mechanic who'd build you a new one runs it through this checklist. If a single point fails, it doesn't list — it goes back to the bench until it's right.

What does "Condition A / B / C" mean?
A · Like New: minimal wear, < 500 km on the odometer, battery at 95%+ of new capacity. B · Excellent: normal use signs, < 2,000 km, battery 85%+. C · Good: visible cosmetic wear, > 2,000 km, battery 75%+ — usually the deepest discount.
Do you take trade-ins on any brand?
Two-tier policy. Bikes we sold you — Surface 604, Michael Blast, T4B, iGO, SmartMotion, Rosso Sports, Teverun, Veehop, Kaaspeed — we'll almost always take back, because we built it, serviced it, and know the parts. Other brands — case by case. We need to see it first to confirm replacement parts are still available and the battery's healthy.
How old are these bikes?
Most are 1 – 3 model years old. We don't list anything older than 5 years, and we don't list anything where parts are no longer available from the manufacturer. Every product page shows the original purchase year and approximate km.
What's actually replaced before sale?
Always: tires (if < 60% tread), brake pads, chain & cassette (if measured worn), bar tape / grips. Sometimes: cables, batteries, derailleurs — depends on inspection. Each bike's PDP lists everything we replaced.
Can I finance a used bike?
We're currently exploring financing options for pre-owned bikes. For now we accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfer on all purchases.
Do you ship pre-owned?
Yes, anywhere in Canada. Shipping rates depend on the bike and destination — call or email us for a quote. We don't ship internationally.
What if the battery dies after I buy it?
Inside the 90-day battery guarantee, we replace it free. After that, used batteries are still covered under our standard service warranty (parts at cost, labor free for the first year).
Can I test ride a specific used bike before deciding?
Absolutely — same as new. Walk in any open day, hand us a piece of photo ID, and ride it on real streets. No appointment needed.
