Every new eBike and scooter we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty — and when something breaks that shouldn't have, you don't chase the manufacturer. We file the claim, follow up, and install the parts when they land.
How it works
Tell us what broke — brand, model, serial, photos. We submit the claim directly to the manufacturer on your behalf with your warranty proof, and once parts arrive we book a free install. Most claims resolve in under two weeks; loaner bikes are available for longer repairs.
