Shipping is calculated at checkout by live carrier rates — you pay what the carrier charges, whether it's one part or a full-size fat-tire eBike. Or skip it entirely with free pickup in Calgary.

How shipping works

When you check out, we ask the carriers — FedEx, Canada Post, Loomis — what they'd charge to move your exact order to your postal code, and that's the number you see. A bike ships in a box the size of a bike, so rates reflect real dimensional cost. One bike or ten, shipping is charged at the carrier's rate.

Where we ship

Canada-wide, coast to coast. We don't currently ship to the United States or internationally.

Order online, pick up at the showroom: 105, 11127 15th Street NE, Calgary, AB T3K 2M4. Pickup orders are typically ready within one business day — we email you the moment yours is. Bikes are handed over assembled, charged, and test-ridden by our techs.

Delivery timeframes

Once your order leaves us, typical carrier ground transit runs: Alberta 1–3 business days · BC / Saskatchewan / Manitoba 2–4 · Ontario / Québec 5–8 · Atlantic Canada 7–10 · territories and remote postal codes vary. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — your tracking link has the live ETA.

What arrives at your door

Boxed bikes arrive mostly assembled. Typical final steps: mount the front wheel, straighten and tighten the handlebars, screw in the pedals, and charge the battery before the first ride. Basic tools are usually included; if you'd rather not wrench, our service team assembles anything we sell.

How much does shipping cost?

Exactly what the carrier charges us — the rate is calculated live at checkout from the products in your cart and your postal code. Bikes ship in large boxes, so rates reflect real dimensional weight. There are no handling fees added on top.

Do I get tracking?

Yes. Every shipment gets a carrier tracking number emailed to you the moment the label is created. Bikes typically ship signature-required.

What if the box arrives damaged?

Note the damage with the driver if you can, photograph the box BEFORE opening it, and email us the photos within 48 hours. We file the carrier claim and sort out replacement parts — you deal with us, not the carrier.

Can I skip shipping entirely?

Yes — free local pickup at our NE Calgary showroom. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you when the order is ready, typically within one business day. Bikes are handed over assembled, charged, and test-ridden.

Do you offer financing?

Financing options are not currently available — we're evaluating providers. We accept all major credit cards, debit, and e-transfer.
