The standard 48V 2A charger is the stock charging solution for all Surface 604 eBikes running the 48-volt system. This charger is compatible with 12AH, 14AH, and 20AH battery packs across the entire current lineup except the 36V 350W models.
The 2A output provides a gentle, battery-friendly charge rate that maximizes cell longevity. Expect approximately 5-7 hours for a full charge from empty depending on battery capacity. Keep a spare charger at work or a vacation home so your eBike is always ready to ride.
