The 48V 12AH lithium-ion battery is the entry-level pack for the Surface 604 48-volt lineup. Built with Samsung 18650 cells rated at 2,500mAh each, this battery delivers reliable power for daily commuting and moderate-distance rides.
The short-base design fits the standard Surface 604 downtube battery mount on 2020 and newer models, and is also backward-compatible with 2018-2019 Shred and Boar frames. A new battery is the single biggest performance upgrade you can make to an aging eBike — restoring both range and peak power output.
Note: not compatible with the Twist folding model.
